Annealing releases stress from the material, increases ductility and allows bending without cracking, which makes annealed wire the ideal choice for all types of tying, shaping and manual work.
Thanks to its flexible structure, it is easy to bend, twist, manually shape, cut, form into loops or holders, and simply tie around reinforcement, wood, posts, plants, packaging and constructions. It has no zinc coating and is black in color, which makes it highly responsive to further processing – suitable for welding, forging, heat treatment, galvanization and plasticization.
It is produced from low‑carbon steel, available in diameters from 0.8 to 4.2 mm, and supplied in coils and bundles from 2 to 50 kg. Such a range enables application in construction, agriculture, industry, crafts and everyday assembly, from the finest work to rough tying and heavy structures.
