U‑nail – special double‑point nail for wire, mesh, netting and fences

Compared to a classic nail, this model grips the material from above instead of piercing it, preventing damage, fiber cutting and deformation during installation.

Thanks to the double points, the nail provides stable anchoring and prevents movement of the fastened material under load or stress. The body is smooth and evenly processed by tumbling and mechanical cleaning, which allows easy hammering without jamming.
This type of nail is used in agriculture, viticulture, gardening, fence construction, packaging and pallets, as well as in carpentry and assembly projects that require holding material over the surface rather than through it.

Construction and technical characteristics

– Type: U‑nail / staple / clip nail
– Shape: U, with two parallel points to grip the material
– Material: high‑quality steel
– Processing: tumbling and cleaning (removal of edges and polishing of surface)
– Surface: smooth, easy to hammer, does not split wood
– Points: sharp, even, for two‑way stability
– Final protection: without zinc (natural steel)
– Application: manual hammering

Practical application

U‑nail is the solution where material needs to be fastened externally, from above, without piercing and without visible head marks. Ideally used for:

Fences and wire
– tying wire to wooden posts
– installation of garden and agricultural mesh
– nets for vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens
– construction of fences, mesh barriers and protective systems

Construction and structures
– fastening nets, tapes and reinforcements to wood
– temporary and auxiliary structures
– tying materials that must remain surface‑held
– constructions without fiber cutting

Packaging and pallets
– making wooden crates and boxes
– fastening binding straps
– assembly of pallets and transport elements
– holding materials in factory and industrial production

Carpentry and workshops
– decorative assemblies and profiles
– fastening fabric, tapes, nets and canvas
– wooden frames and panels

Hobby and home use
– garden projects and plant nets
– home repairs and garage work
– DIY fences and support structures

Advantages of U‑nails

– ideal for fastening wire, mesh and netting

– does not damage material like standard nails
– easy to hammer thanks to smooth body
– no head — flush with the surface
– various sizes for all uses in field, construction and carpentry
– quality surface processing – no edges, no wood splitting
– packs of 1 / 2.5 / 5 kg for professional and hobby use
